Return & Exchange Policy

Threads will accept, for store credit or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a store credit or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

All undergarments & sale items are final sale.
