Items Purchased In-Store

For a full refund items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Original method of payment accompanied by the original receipt is required to process the full refund or a store credit will be issued.

Items Purchased Online

Regularly priced items may be returned for a full refund from 14 days of original ship date. All items must be returned with original tags, unworn, unwashed and free from all stains and debris. Once we have verified the condition of your return we will deduct a $15 shipping fee from your refund total.

Store Credit

Regularly priced items can be returned within 30 days original purchase for store credit. Once your return has been processed you will receive a gift card with a code that can be used toward future purchases which may be used in-store or online.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase in-store or original ship date for online orders. If we are unable to fulfill the exchange a sore credit will be issued. All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the requested exchange and a $15.00 shipping fee applied. 

Shipping Label

Shipping labels can be found in the log-in where you can access your account and all orders. Request return and follow prompts. A $15.00 charge will be issued for all returns.

Defective Item

In the event you receive a defective item, please contact christy@veller.ca within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the defects. All defects must be reported before items are worn and washed. Items worn or washed will not be accepted.

Sale Items

All items purchased as a sale item including items purchased at an event and have been marked down are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. All holiday sale discounts such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Thanksgiving Wine Down will be final sale.
